Captain Harris has been operating vessels for over thirty years, and his Coast Guard record is without an incident. He holds a 500 ton masters license with all oceans, radar, and firefighting endorsements. Other certifications include: celestial navigation, bridge safety, CPR, hasmat, and marine radio operator permit.
His experience ranges from yachts, both power and sail to one hundred and twenty feet, tugboats to one hundred foot, ferry boats, crewboats, and a two hundred and ten foot oil spill recovery vessel.
Fishing, as you can tell from the smile in the photo is one of his favorite pastimes, and usually reserves those trips for family and friends, but does do an occasional fishing charter.
Woodworking with a lathe, and photography are some of his other interest, and lets not forget the granddaughters.
